Before the Miami Beach Bowl game between Memphis and BYU, Memphis tight end Alan Cross went full psycho mode and started head-butting his teammates without a helmet trying to pump them up for the game. Cross eventually busted his head and started bleeding right after. Probably not his brightest idea.
