The Rollie cooks eggs into a tube shape for some reason

Even the least talented cook among us can make eggs. Eggs are pretty painless. Crack ’em in the pan with some oil or butter, add some pepper, remove with a spatula. And this assumes you’re not scrambling eggs, which is even easier.

Apparently though, some of us desperately need the Rollie, a vertical egg cooker.

The Rollie is essentially a non-stick pan shoved into a toaster that pushes out eggs on a stick from the top. It’s somehow hilariously accidentally filthy.

Don’t take our word for it, here’s the infomercial for this thing:

Although we do have to admit, in areas where space is an extreme premium, this might actually have some value. Eggs are cheap but cooking them is a pain in the ass if you don’t have access to a kitchen.

On the other hand, you also have to balance that against the desire to walk around with what’s essentially a kitchen sight gag. Also, you might have to explain why, precisely, you’re eating cooked eggs on a stick. But if you can handle that, the Rollie is just $30 and comes with a few special offers.
