Be thankful that real life is not as glitchy as some games

By 12.18.12

Because if real life had the same glitches as the video games we play, it would be beyond frightening.

The following demonstrates what it would be like if stuff in the real world began behaving as it does in video games. Specifically when games decided to glitch out, due to shoddy programing or what have you…

Remember how everyone in Wreck-It-Ralph was all afraid of the little girl, because she was a glitch? I totally understood the sentiment and wanted to see her burnt at the stake (and not just because I couldn’t stomach Sarah Silverman’s performance… and this coming from a diehard fan of hers).

About Matt Hawkins... Matt Hawkins is an NYC based video game journalist, designer, consultant, and cultralist. He's been published in EGM, Kotaku, and MSNBC amongst others. Matt also makes comics and zines, is obsessed with cable access, gets into arguments with homeless people all the time, and once had his nipple bitten off during a one night stand. But that's neither here nor there.
