Latest ‘Assassin’s Creed 3’ DLC is all about invisible wolves

Because, that’s just what it takes to take down evil George Washington in Assassin’s Creed 3.

Turns out, the aforementioned Tyranny of King Washington DLC is a trilogy. So what we just got was part one. And coming next Tuesday is part two…

I gotta say, as cool as it is to not only turn invisible, but also have invisible wolves at your command, the whole thing makes zero sense. One of the best parts of the Assassin’s Creed series is how grounded in reality it is.

Well, if you ignore the fact that it’s a bartender in Hobokoen who is traveling through time and experiencing the lives of past ancestors via some VR contraption, to hunt down alien artifacts.

But then again, you’re also facing off against an alternate version of the President of the United States in this particular instance, so maybe Ubi is just going “screw it”?
