Randy Orton got 12 head staples after ‘Money in the Bank’ and the photos are sick

Randy Orton left Money in the Bank 2014 without heavyweight gold.

He also left rather quickly, after the match, because the guy was sliced open after a sick bump during the Money in the Bank ladder match.

During the ladder match for the vacant WWE heavyweight championship, Orton took a shot to the head from a falling ladder. “The Viper’s” nasty bump during the Money in the Bank ladder match looked planned — until the blood gushed out of the former champion’s head.

Orton was taken to the hospital immediately after the match and received twelve stitches to the head. Orton posted photos of the injury and the Frankenstein-like staples in his cranium to his Twitter account.
