Well, he actually said "shit" but we're not allowed to curse in the headlines.
Tiki Barber went on the Howard Stern Show today to candidly talk about his departure from the New York Giants, among other topics. When he brought up how he lets criticism bounce off him, he took a misunderstanding of the true definition of a word to hilarious lengths:
"I'm perfectly kind to anyone. You can literally shit on me, and I will still be kind to you."
Wasn't this guy supposed to be the next Regis Philbon? How does he not know this common grammatical point? (Also back to that Regis point: How often do you think Barber watches TiVo'd episodes of Michael Strahan on morning TV and cries into a pint of Cherry Garcia? Once a day? Twice?)
Regardless, thanks for the laugh, Tiki. And we hope you don't actually get shit on today.
