Another chill-inducing locker room speech from Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens. On Tuesday, Lewis addressed the Loyola Men's Lacrosse team before practice. Lewis' magic must have worked, as the Greyhounds beat Denver on Saturday afternoon in the NCAA Quarterfinals to advance to the Semifinals. It's their first appearance in the NCAA Semifinals since 1998. Lewis' speech is as thunderous and inspirational as always.
