An ordinary moment in a random basketball league instantly becomes extraordinary. If I was some old dude who "has forgetten more basketball than you'll ever know" (once stated by my high school basketball coach, who jacked that wisdom from Bobby Knight), I'd go off on the fact that it's over 100 years later, and this game still gives us shit we've never seen before. And then I'd follow that statement with some over-the-top declaration about how there isn't anything like sports. (Because having something to distract you from hearing about your girlfriend's day is truly a wonderful thing.)
