Reason #4532 Mark Cuban is THE MAN.

Everyone and their grandma knows that Power Balance bracelets are a colossal waste of money. Hell, last year the company reportedly settled a $57 million class-action lawsuit for false advertising. Believe whatever you want, but no silly bracelet is your going to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength, fools. The power of suggestion is a marketers dream.

But still, the NBA agreed to a deal with the company to license team names and logos for a Power Balance line. The bracelets sell for $32.99 on NBA.com. Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban notoriously hates the company, saying on a Fbbruary episode of "Shark Tank," "I'm allergic to scams. Seriously, this is not new. It's been disproven. What you saw is the placebo effect. There's athletes that wear it. It's a joke. It's a scam. It's not real."

Yesterday Cubes further slammed the NBA's partnership with Power Bracelets in a YouTube video. He throws a box of Mavs bracelets in the garbage, saying, "See this stuff? It was a scam when they were on Shark Tank. It's still a scam. I don't care if the NBA was dumb enough to sign an agreement; this is going where it belongs."

Fines be damned. Bros don't like to get ripped off. Bro move, Mark Cuban.
