Washington Wizards big man Javale McGee is one of those players you can't take your eyes off while he's on the court. Not because he's good. No, he's average at best. But you never know when McGee is going to do something revolutionary, like last night when he turned in the most ridiculous defensive goaltending violation of all time.

Not content to just give the Sacramento Kings two free points the old-fashioned way, McGee spiked the ball, which had been on a downward descent for a good second, six-rows-deep into the stands.

It makes one wonder if he legitimately doesn't understand the rules of basketball — which would be weird because that's the sport he plays professionally.

This over-the-top goaltend is perhaps not as hilarious as when he ran the wrong way earlier this month, but equally stupid.

Keep on fighting the good fight, Javale. You're a true entertainer.
