The Iowa State Cyclones stunned the college football world by defeating the #2 Oklahoma State Cowboys on Friday night. After the huge win, Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads addressed his warriors with a downright empowering locker room speech. It's the type of thunderous, emotionally-charged postgame oratory that trumps even the best Hollywood locker room speeches. Perhaps the best part comes at the end, when the team absolutely loses it and starts chanting the team's fight song. It's a surreal scene and a heck of a way to start a Monday morning.
