In reaction to Wales' Andrew Hore's hit on New Zealand's Bradley Davies, "Telegraph" writer Scott Jordan Harris wrote that Andrew Hore "shouldn't be banned--he should face criminal charges." 

It takes a few watches to really assess the damage here, but holy shit this is something. Criminal charges isn't even that far-fetched.
