Whoever thought of that camera-area design deserves a not-raise. Thankfully, the Blue Jays 3B appears to be ok after last night's scary moment. 

X-Ray's were negative and he is day-to-day with a bruised calf. "I saw him go down and I heard a loud crash," Teixeira said. "You just really worry about a guy's neck and head and back and you never want to see a guy get hurt, especially on a ball you hit. . . . I'm just glad that nothing was seriously injured."

Lesson: Being a hero is sometimes cool, but a lot of the times unnecessary.
