His name is Muteba Kidiaba. He is the goalkeeper for the DR Congo national team. He's currently playing in the Africa Cup of Nations. And today, after his teammate scored a penalty goal against Ghana, he unleashed one of the best soccer celebrations you'll ever see.

The game would ultimately end in a 2-2 tie. Kidiaba, however, still won the day.
