Every day on the Internet, something or someone is deemed the best/worst ever, because we're all prone to hyperbole (us included, and especially).
That's how this video is called "17-Month-Old Golf Phenom" or "17-Month-Old Golf Prodigy" when it's really just four minutes of a kid beating a ball around. It's not actually prodigy-type behavior, it's just a 17-month-old with exceptional hand-eye coordination. Below is a decent example of prodigy-type behavior—a kid who hit golf balls on national television when he was seven months older than the one above.
