If you're in the first row at a baseball stadium it's advisable that you pay attention to the action on the field. This fella thought he could just wander around when Yankees 3B Eric Chavez was at the plate. Chavez had been on the disabled list for nearly three months, but the back-up third baseman was still able to power a deep fly ball to right field against the Baltimore Orioles. The laser shot went foul and smashed this poor fan in the face. The impact was so severe that it bloodied up the fan's face. The fan thought he had decent tickets at the Yankee game, but as it turns out he was still sitting in the nosebleeds seats.
