Today is an important day at the University of Mississippi. After a mascot-less seven years, students at Ole Miss are casting ballots on what mascot will replace Colonel Reb. The school ousted it's mustachioed, antebellum talisman in 2003. Despite a viral online campaign, Admiral Ackbar was not chosen as one of the three finalists. Instead, the Rebels will have to settle for either a Land Shark (Jimmy Buffett and Chevy Chase would be proud), a Black Bear, or a character known as "Hotty Totty," who looks like a preppy version of macho man Randy Savage.
