Strength and conditioning coaches are an odd lot in that they’re very interested in other people’s strength and conditioning. It takes a special breed to get up in the wee hours and make sure large men are lifting heavy weight. So perhaps it shouldn’t be surprising to see this pregame routine employed by Western Kentucky’s S&C guys.
On the other hand, holy shit. That looks like it would hurt. It also looks like it wouldn’t really be that beneficial to their beloved Hilltoppers.

Evidently, this is nothing new for these fellas. Good work if you can get it. Painful, slightly demeaning work, but good work nonetheless.
