As it turns out, the best dunkers in the world are rarely in the NBA. Some of them aren’t even in college. Take Kwe’Shaun Parker for example. He’s a 6’2″ HS sophomore from Fayetteville, N.C. who can throw down with the best of them. This dunk in particular is quite nasty.
