Victor Oladipo Left An Heartfelt And Inspirational Message At A School For The Deaf

Victor Oladipo visited the Model Secondary School for the Deaf yesterday and left the students with an inspiring message.

The Orlando Magic guard and singing enthusiast has a deaf older sister who is a substitute teacher at the school.

At one point, Victor discussed life after the NBA and mentioned that he wanted to start a basketball camp for deaf youth, an idea met with much popularity. “That brought all of us to our feet. Hands waving up high — our equivalent of the hand clap — filled the auditorium,” Glenn Lockhart of the Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center said

Awesome stuff. That’s the kind of message that makes everyone want to be better. Even smut bloggers like myself.
