My knowledge of MMA is limited but I know a good armbar when I see one. And this highflying one from a match last month is magnificent in every respect.
The acrobat’s name is Olivier Fontaine, a Frenchman with a 4-2 record according to Sherdog. His opponent, Sofian Benchohra, has not fared very well recently. In fact, he should consider giving up the sport having not won a match since October of 2010. A stretch of 7 losses and draws in a row.
Ugly stuff.
