Free agent linebacker Justin Durant is still waiting for a phone call, waiting for a contract from an NFL team. In the meantime, he’s doing some self-promoting on his Twitter account.

The plea comes one day after he tweeted out a photo of a Chick-fil-A job application. Thankfully, for Durant, he still has some good years left. He had a productive 2012 racking up 103 tackles for the Detroit Lions. The team opted not to sign him in the first few days of free agency. Perhaps they’re just waiting him out or perhaps they’re waiting to see if he gets that management trainee position at Chick-fil-A.
