Jason Sudeikis is Back as Ted Lasso and He’s Better Than Ever

By 08.08.14

The Ted Lasso experiment at Tottenham lasted all of six and a half hours before exploding in a supernova of ineptitude. The hapless American has found other work, though, with NBC Sports as an analyst for his kinda/sorta beloved Premier League.

There have been a few hiccups along the way but as long as he sticks to his tremendous motto of Keep Calm and Get Fired Up, everything should be just fine.

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams, Mr. Lasso. You’ll always have a friend in a Middle Eastern airline should times get tough. And good luck coaching a team which doesn’t exist. We’re all very curious to see how that turns out.

About Kyle Koster... Whenever you read a blog and think, "this is something that didn't need to be on the internet," you can bet I am responsible for it. I left a promising career in actual journalism to make GIFS and watch sports. No regrets. Oh yeah, I talked to Justin Bieber once and it was OK.
