Brazilians are a proud bunch and usually root pretty hard for their fighters but that doesn’t seem to be the case for Bethe Correia who is fighting transcendent superstar Ronda Rousey.
Bethe thought the would have a home field advantage by fighting Ronda in her home country but as it turns out Brazilians are going crazy for Ronda.
Rousey left the stage to talk to fans, and they are literally crying. I mean, literally crying and chanting "Ronda! Ronda!" Amazing.

Yes, Ronda is so popular in Brazil that people are literally crying in the streets when they see her.

During Ronda’s open workout you could hear loud cheers from the crowd whenever she was on the stage.

Some kid even ran on stage to give Ronda a hug.
None of this bodes well for Correiae who probably needs all the encouragement from her hometown fans to beat the undefeated UFC champion Rousey this weekend.
