Jets head coach Rex Ryan used to be a large guy. Now, after dropping around 100 pounds, thanks to lap band surgery, he's looking slim, trim, and down to party. 

Here he is out and about last night while wearing a sweet "I'd Hit That" shirt and posing with an unidentified blonde girl. Something tells me we'd never see Tom Coughlin take a similar picture.
