An MRI today confirmed Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis suffered a torn triceps and will miss the rest of the season.
We certainly don’t want to speculate about this being a career-ending injury, but this could conceivably be a career-ending injury.
Lewis is 37-years-old and has been one of the most dominant players to ever line up on the defensive side of the ball. It’s going to flat-out suck to not see him acting like a certifiable crazy person out there.
There’s even more bad news for Ravens fans. Cornerback Ladarius Webb also tore his ACL yesterday against the Dallas Cowboys and will be watching the rest of this year’s games from the sideline.
