Nope. That guy is not Drake.  

Gregg Popovich has apparently won the hearts of an Israeli rap group, who made this awesomely horrific video about the Spurs main-man. When it's all said and done, Pop and his trademark defensive emphasis will be recognized as one of the more successful combos in NBA history--his four NBA championships over a decade have kept the Spurs amongst the NBA's elite for seemingly forever. Praise is most certainly due, and these guys have seemed to embrace that in quite interesting fashion.
