The release of a second video showing Ray Rice knocking out his then-fiancee with a punch has reignited the conversation about his suspension and place in the NFL. To the surprise of absolutely no one, his colleagues in the league aren’t holding anything back.
I’m glad no one this morning seems to care about yesterday’s games. This piece of shit needs to be out of the league. Period.

2 games?!?! His ass needs to be in jail. I don’t smoke weed but I’d rather have a weed head on my team than a Ray Rice. #Coward — LeCharles Bentley (@LeCharlesBent65) September 8, 2014

Roger Goodell made $44 Million last year to make really difficult decisions. This was an easy one. — Sage Rosenfels (@SageRosenfels18) September 8, 2014
That man should be thrown out the the nfl and thrown into jail. Shame on those deciding his punishment. Smh

NFL Players Association should demand that Ray Rice be banned from the NFL. I’d be damned if I had to be associated w/ him.

Am I the only one who believes it should be a lifetime ban for the first time a player commits domestic violence? They should be done period

There are many, many more. Throw a rock at your Twitter timeline and there’s a good chance it will hit Rice outrage.
Despite the gross mismanagement of the situation to this point, I refuse to believe the running back is walking away from this one. Forget doing the right thing, the public relations nightmare alone makes him a pariah.
Surely no team will pick him up should the Ravens release him, right?
There I go again, using my brain and forgetting this is the NFL, where talent trumps ethics and common sense 24-7-365.
