Of her lifelong gymnastics training routine responsible producing her immaculate figure, Aly Raisman told ESPN’s Morty Ain:

We train our whole lives for that one moment. You work your whole life for a minute-and-a-half beam routine. I work out six days, 32 hours a week for the dream of competing at the Olympics again. I’m always eating healthy, always going to bed early. Everything I put into my body is for the purpose of gymnastics.

It sure shows, Aly. It sure shows.

Raisman is the second U.S. summer Olympic athlete ESPN has confirmed will appear in the Body Issue, following in the footsteps of U.S. women’s soccer player, Ali Krieger.

The publication is set to hit newsstands July 10, 2015.
