The Belmont Stakes just got a lot less fun.

I'll Have Another, the horse that swept through the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness, has been scratched from the Belmont tomorrow. His trainer, Doug O'Neill, told Dan Patrick on his radio show that he's "officially out," because of a "little problem with his left front leg."

This means we go another year without a Triple Crown winner—the drought is 44 years and counting. Pour out out for I'll Have Another at your tailgate tomorrow.
