These Portraits of LeBron James and Tiger Woods Made of Nike Swooshes Are Awesome

This is not the real LeBron James.

If you grew up in the late 80s and early 90s, there’s a good chance you were slightly obsessed with the Nike swoosh. If I remember correctly, at least half the dudes in my elementary class drew the iconic symbol all over their Trapper Keepers. We were like an army of mobile marketing machine, brainwashed by Michael Jordan and a simple yet sophisticated design.

German artist Andy Gellenberg apparently never grew out of that phase. And it’s a good thing he didn’t because his visions of the company’s pitchmen comprised of swooshes are undeniably awesome.

He skateboards.

It won’t be long until Oregon incorporates this idea into a uniform variation. Phil Knight would looooove it.
