A very important update regarding the NFL's scab ref situation: Adam Schefter reports on Twitter that NFL and the official NFL refs have come to an agreement "and both sides will work to have officials working this weekend." Horray! At least according to ESPN, the Great Ref Lockout of 2012 seems to be almost over. Meanwhile, NFL replacement ref, Lance Easley -- a.k.a. the guy who ruled Golden Tate's catch a Seahawks touchdown -- went out drinking last night drinking in a Fresno bar.

Yesterday the USA Today reported that Easley is a Bank of America banker by day and a high school and DIII college football ref by night. Looks like he's enjoying his moment in the spotlight. Surprised the Packers fan didn't throw a drink on him.
