Minnesota State Semifinal Game Decided on 60-Foot Bomb in Quadruple Overtime

There must be something in the water at Hopkins High School (Minn.) that breeds the clutch gene in its basketball players. Just nine short years after Blake Hoffarber sank arguably the greatest buzzer-beater in Midwest history to win a state title, Amir Coffey drilled this majestic 60-foot heave to win a state semifinal game.

The miracle shot came at the end of four overtimes and at the expense of Shakopee, whose players must be the sickest kids in America right now.
