Back in early October, a number of gossip blogs revealed that Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was dating a 41-year-old named Taylor Lianne Chandler, 12-years his senior, who was allegedly with him on the night of his DUI arrest. The swimmer eventually checked into rehab. Today Taylor Lianne Chandler announced via Radar Magazine and on Facebook that she was born a man named David Roy Fitch and was an intersex baby. As a teenager, Chandler claims to have changed her name to Paige Victoria Whitney. She later underwent surgery to “to become the woman she always dreamed of being,” according to Radar. She explains to the gossip site that she was born an intersexual: “I was born with male genitalia with no testicles, but I also have a uterus and no ovaries.”
Chandlar told Radar that she never told Phelps about being born an intersexual. Via Radar:
However, the busty stunner admits to Radar that she never told her gold-medal Olympian lover, 29, about her gender-bending past— even after their hot hookup sessions.
Chandler says the couple met on Tinder in August, and later met up at ladies man Phelps’ Baltimore home to watch the Ravens football game on September 21.
“One thing led to the next, and we made love during halftime,” she says. “Later, we had sex again. The intimacy with him was amazing! It was the first time in my life that someone has made me feel like a true woman.”
According to Radar, Phelps is expected to complete his treatments for substance abuse this week. He has not commented yet, and who knows if he will since a lot of this has played out in gossip blogs.
