Maryland’s lax team donned American flag-themed gear and jerseys before taking the field against Virginia today, in an effort to raise money for the very worthy cause of the Wounded Warriors Project. The Terps—who wound up winning the game 9-6—are auctioning off the game-worn jerseys now; 100% of proceeds go to wounded vets.
It rained intermittently during the game, and the resulting pics are pretty astounding.
