The ‘Madden’ Trailer With Gronk, Rex Ryan And Others Is The Greatest Bad Action Film Ever

There are few things in life that gets dudes more amped up than the video game series Madden, which I’ve personally wasted an easy 1,000 hours playing in my lifetime—which is why choosing the best players in the game’s history wasn’t too difficult.

With the release of this year’s version set to hit shelves next Tuesday, August 25th, EA Sports decided that this was the year to have some serious fun to market it.

Instead of doing the same, typical trailer that we normally get, EA grabbed NFL stars Rob Gronkowski, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, Colin Kaepernick and head coach Rex Ryan to team up with actors Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse in the greatest fake action movie ever.

Taking all the elements of a Dennis Rodman-Jean-Claude Van Damme cheese fest, this new Madden movie trailer is about as good as it gets.

I have a feeling the game itself will be just a little bit better than this fake script—although, let’s face it, I’d get stoned and go see this flick if it were ever actually released.
