LeBron James Scored A $21 Million L.A. Pad, So Cue The Lakers Rumors Now

His heart, and team, might be in Northeastern Ohio, but that doesn’t mean that LeBron James only has to stay there—especially if a city as rich as Los Angeles comes calling.

That’s why LBJ just became the newest resident on one of the most upscale and notorious streets in L.A., dropping a cool $21 million for a 9,000 square foot home on Rockingham in the Brentwood area of the city.

“”

According to Variety, which first broke the story, the home was designed by mansion specialist Ken Ungar, and was custom built in 2011 with six bedrooms and seven baths, giving the James gang plenty of room to hangout in the California sunshine together.

After selling a home in Coconut Grove, Fl. earlier this year for $13.4 million, James scoops another mansion in a desired big city—so, yeah, I’m sure the L.A. Lakers fans are crossing their fingers the best baller on the planet makes this a permanent home sooner rather than later. Don’t hold your breath, though.
