The Lance Stephenson vs. Lebron James one-sided feud heated up in tonight’s Game 5, and Stephenson finally seems to have gotten into Lebron’s head.

While people like Charles Barkley have encouraged Stephenson to shut his big yapper, Stephenson’s incessant hounding seems to have paid off, as Lebron had by far his worst game of the playoffs in tonight’s loss to the Indiana Pacers.

Stephenson’s secret? Light, sensual, delicate blowing into Lebron’s ear. After its clear effect in tonight’s game, I’d be surprised if we don’t see more players all over the NBA blowing each other all over the place. We can only hope!
