This video from The Lacrosse Network is interesting. I was expecting a much bigger hit than what appears to be some pretty basic defense. And then I read this comment and kind of agreed with this guy: The hyperbole that lacrosse players use to over-exaggerate things is definitely why the sport leaves a bad taste in everyone’s mouth:
