Katy Perry is hitting the bars of Oxford, Mississippi to celebrate The Rebel’s HUGE upset win over Alabama, which she called on College Gameday this morning. Someone captured a Vine of her chugging a beer on top of a bar (or is it a table?) before doing some crowd surfing. She is TURNT the FUCK UP in every way we’d expect her to be. Way to be a champ, Katy.
