Last night was only rookie Jonathan Villar's eighth game of his Major League career—but the kid proved that he has cajones. In the third-inning of a game against the Orioles, the shortstop took advantage of pitcher Wei-Yin Chen staring off at something interesting in the home dugout, got a tremendous jump, and stole home. It was the fifth steal of his young career. Chen nailed him in the head on the play, but he probably didn't mind.
The Astros lost the game, 4-3. They are now...
Still really bad.
