Here’s John Daly Jamming Out To ‘Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door’ Just Four Days After A Collapsed Lung

There are Bro Kings and then there’s John Daly.

As you may recall it was just four days ago that we reported about John Daly collapsing on the 18th tee at a tournament in Mississippi.

Turns out bro had a damn collapsed lung.

Reports the Daily News

Daly’s agent, Bud Martin, said in an email earlier Saturday that the 49-year-old golfer has been coping with a lingering rib injury dating to 2007. The injury recently was causing pain and affected his breathing.

Daly’s right hand was heavily taped on Sunday. He said he hurt it while putting a new tire on his son’s golf cart earlier this week, which indirectly led to Saturday’s problems.

“I had to change my swing some to get a good grip and the doctor said the changed motion is likely what led to the collapsed lung,” Daly said.

Oh yeah, did we mention that Daly was back at the course, smoking cigarettes and playing in the final round the next day? Because he was.

And now, here he is hanging out with Patrick Davis and Mark Bryan from Hootie and the Blowfish rocking out to “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” at the the Pine Lakes Tavern in Myrtle Beach.

Ironic much, John?

John Daly really needs his own reality TV show. How that hasn’t happened yet is beyond me.
