Jets Coach’s Punk Son Shit Talks Team On Twitter From Inside Locker Room, Antonio Cromartie Fires Back

5 Rules for Being an NFL Coach’s Son:

  1. Keep your mouth shut after a win
  2. Keep your mouth shut after a loss
  3. Know your role
  4. You don’t have a role
  5. Realize your father is probably going to be disappointed with the career path you choose

The most important rule of all may be #2. My mom would try to comfort me after a high school football loss by offering ice cream and I would become enraged–MOM YOU KNOW ICE CREAM MAKES ME GASSY ARE YOU STUPID!?

Now imagine some little pipsqueak getting VIP access to the losing team’s locker room simply because of his last name and shooting off derogatory tweets after a Jets heartbreaking 24-17 loss to the previously 0-2 Eagles.

That’s exactly what Jets tight ends coach Jimmie Johnson’s son did, sending out two tweets under the Twitter name @JimmieJ82 that featured him taking low blows at Jets players.

Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie, who is widely known for struggling to name his 9 children, did not take lightly to these tweets and fired back at Jimbo.

AKA

Since then, Johnson’s son apologized for the tweets and switched his Twitter handle to reduce his social media footprint.

Don’t count on it, brah.
