As was reported earlier today, Triple Crown contender "I'll Have Another" has withdrawn from tomorrow's Belmont Stakes due to injury.

The Debry and Preakness winner had the chance to become the first Triple Crown winner in over 30 years, so his withdrawal naturally caused a bit dissapointment within the sports world. Judging by his twitter account, the horse appears to feel pretty guilty about the whole thing. 

His hashtag usage is highly impressive for a horse. It's clear that I'll Have Another is pretty old hat at this press conference stuff. Perhaps he's simply seen too much, a-la George Simmons from Funny People. Though unlike Simmons, Another appears to contain a remarkable amount of maturity, modesty, and appreciation for the opportunity he was given.

Sad day. Though at least he wasn't tweeting while racing.
