South Annville Township police said they have opened an investigation into the on-field incident Friday night involving a Hamburg High School football player ripping the helmet from the head an Annville-Cleona High School and apparently swinging it at him, twice.
Video replays show Hamburg quarterback Joey Cominsky ripping the helmet off Annville-Cleona’s Josh Hartman, and then Cominsky taking at least two swipes at Hartman as the Little Dutchmen’s lineman lay on the ground.
Easy, Bro. You never go full Haynesworth.
Mr. Rage here should consider himself lucky he didn’t do this under Roger Goodell’s jurisdiction. Big Red would make a player “disappear” if something like this happened in the NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE.
On the bright side, it looks like the local penal league is about to add a very, very passionate player.
