It’s been an interesting week for Chicago White Sox fan and announcer Hawk Harrelson. First, he lost his mind when umpire Mark Wegner threw Sox hurler Jose Quintana out of a game against Tampa for throwing behind a Rays hitter. He needed 16 Advil to survive that injustice. Then, Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig and South Side GM Jerry Reinsdorf each gave him a stern talking-to about his impressive homerism.
He wrapped up his week yesterday by giving us one of the all-time best double entendres in broadcasting history.
Haha. And yes, we have the comedic palate of the average 12-year-old around here. What of it?
