Tom Glavine, Greg Maddux and Frank Thomas Elected to Hall of Fame; We’re All Getting Old

Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine and Frank Thomas all received the required 75 percent for induction. Craig Biggio, poor sweet little Craig Biggio, fell just short with 74.8 percent. Mike Piazza received 62 percent and Jack Morris received 61.5 percent in his 15th and final year on ballot.

Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds fell short for yet another year FOR SOME REASON I WONDER WHAT IT CAN BE.

Maddux and Glavine, who starred for so many years with the Atlanta Braves were expected to get in, while Thomas was iffy.

The inclusion of Maddux was made even better by the discovery that he once popped a boner while on the mound and called Mark Grace over to check it out. If that isn't a Hall of Fame performance, I don't know what is.
