Gaining the nickname Agent Zero and becoming a flat-out star, Gil was like James Harden before The Beard arrived, ripping shots off whenever the fuck he wanted to and filling it up at a pace few could.
And it looks like he’s still kept that shooting touch, because Arenas just got banned from a basketball shootout game at the Orange County Fair because he was too good at making the ball go through the hoop.
According to his Instagram account, Arenas was banned from shooting anymore for ripping the nets too often—but not before he walked away with a shit ton of prizes for stroking it like he used to.
Dude may still be living large thanks to a fucking ridiculous contract that, as of last season, was still paying him $22 million to do nothing at all, but Gilbert Arenas clearly still has the passion to play hoops—he’d just rather accept stuffed animals than cash for it now.
