Running Backs

David Wilson (RB – N.Y. Giants) – Available in 59.7% of ESPN Leagues
If you've been dealing with running back injuries, you're licking your chops at the chance to acquire the explosive Wilson. Ahmad Bradshaw is nursing a knee injury and his status for this weekend's game against Atlanta is up in the air. Atlanta's defense is allowing the seventh-most points to fantasy RBs and Wilson showed his big play ability last week, so owners will be licking their chops if he gets a chance to start on Sunday. At the very least he's earned a timeshare to keep Bradshaw fresh. (FAAB spend: $15)

Montell Owens (RB – Jacksonville) – Available in 91.2% of ESPN Leagues
Owens showed more explosiveness in one week than Rashad Jennings showed all year. He should draw another start this week given the current situation in Jacksonville, so he better hydrate himself and hope he can get past the cramps he had last week. Miami started the year strong against the run, but they've given up 100 yards to RBs in four of their last five games to go along with four rushing touchdowns allowed. (FAAB spend: $12)

Joique Bell (RB – Detroit) – Available in 96.9% of ESPN Leagues
Mikel Leshoure was the flavor of the month for Detroit early in the season, but it looks like they're changing their tune a bit. Bell has seen his touches increase after offensive coordinator Scott Linehan said Bell had earned that much. Bell is the back for passing downs and has serious flex value if he's now in a full time-share with Leshoure. (FAAB spend: $10)

Bilal Powell (RB – N.Y. Jets) – Available in 96.9% of ESPN Leagues
If you're desperate at the flex, Powell may be your guy. He's racked up double-digit point totals in three of his last four games while still grabbing 58 yards in that fourth game. The Jets will continue to be run-heavy since they can't trust Mark Sanchez to do much of anything. The Titans give up the fifth-most points to fantasy RBs, so there are plenty of points for both Powell and Shonn Greene to grab this weekend. (FAAB spend: $7)

Wide Receivers

Jason Avant (WR – Philadelphia) – Available in 99.5% of ESPN Leagues
The receiving market is really thin this week, so hopefully you already have what you need on your roster. If you don't, you can look to acquire Avant as he comes off a major effort last week. The Bengals will likely focus on shutting down Jeremy Maclin, so Avant will be working the slot against weaker coverage. He's earned the trust of rookie Nick Foles and saw way more looks than Riley Cooper last week. Just beware given that Thursday night games are not offensive showcases. (FAAB spend: $3)

Tight Ends

Dennis Pitta (TE – Baltimore) – Available in 70.5% of ESPN Leagues
The tight end position has been a mess in recent weeks, so it seems like many an owner is looking for a plug-and-play situation. Pitta has put up three good games in the last five weeks, but the other two were duds. That leaves you in a high-risk, high-reward situation as Pitta goes against the Broncos this weekend. Denver is giving up the second-most points to fantasy TEs, so you need to pray Pittta breaks this every other week streak. (FAAB spend: $4)

Dallas Clark (TE – Tampa Bay) – Available in 94.8% of ESPN Leagues
Clark had yet to be seen in the Buccaneers' offense until he surfaced in Week 7 against the Saints. Clark's five catches for 51 yards and a touchdown proved to be an indicator of decent production for Clark as the season continued. He faces those Saints again this Sunday, who have continued to give up points to TEs at the tune of seventh most points allowed to the position. Clark's worth the flyer if you're TE situation is making you cry, which is happening to a lot of owners these days. (FAAB spend: $2)

Clay Harbor (TE – Philadelphia) – Available in 99.9% of ESPN Leagues
Harbor came out of nowhere last week to collect six catches, 52 yards, and a touchdown in the Eagles' comeback win. The injury to Brent Celek gave Harbor the opportunity and that's an opportunity he'll look to take advantage of this week. Harbor faces the Bengals, who give up the ninth most points to fantasy TEs, on Thursday night and is a sneaky play if you're tired of dealing with Kyle Rudolph's bagel-making ways. (FAAB spend: $1)
