Eastern Illinois RB Bobby Pettis is said to have robbed a Jimmy John's delivery boy at knifepoint. He wanted cash, and a delicious sandwich. Judging by his mugshot, either he was high as shit, or really tired, or he has a severe eyelid disorder. Tough to tell, don't want to speculate -- it's not fair to Bobby.

On March 22nd, 2013 at approximately 0301 hrs, officers were dispatched to the 2000 blk of Bostic Drive in regards to a report of an Armed Robbery. It was reported to officers that a driver for Jimmy John’s sandwich shop was robbed at knifepoint of cash.

The victim reported that as he was delivering a sandwich he was approached from behind and had what he believed was a knife pressed into his side and relieved of his cash. Officers investigating the incident arrested Robert Joseph Pettis II, a 21 year old Eastern Illinois University Student for [Aggravated] Robbery. Pettis was placed into Coles County Jail pending a court appearance.
